• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics or related field • Candidates with experience in application of mathematics in public health would get advantage • Strong command in written and oral English are desired • Experience in database development and administration • Good knowledge of mathematical disclosure control methods and tools • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Teamwork and collaboration • Organizational awareness • Accountability • Communication • Attentiion to details • Must have possess problem solving ability, critical thinking and management skill and be able to work independently
• Designing and conducting analyses of clinical research data • Collaborating with other members of the research team, such as physicians, scientists, and biostatisticians, to ensure that data is collected and analyzed correctly • Developing and validating mathematical models that describe disease processes or treatment outcomes • Presenting research findings to various stakeholders, contribute to grant proposals, maintain research databases, and stay up-to-date with the latest research in the field • Working closely with team to provide technical support in clinical and laboratory-oriented study design, sample size calculations and endpoint selection • Contribute to technical presentations/posters and publications of new methodologies • Write the program codes • Work with the project specific teams to prepare reports and write manuscripts • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
