We invite applications for the position “Research Investigator” (depending on experience) to work with our core research and diagnostic team. We will be accepting applications until 22nd October 2022.
• PhD (preferred), MPH, MBBS, M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biochemistry or Genetic Engineering along with minimum 5 years of experience of working as a lead research personnel • Candidate with Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) experience will be given preference • Should have experience in writing manuscripts • Highly organized and be particularly attentive to details • Enthusiastic to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and be willing to take initiative • Must possess problem solving ability, critical thinking and management skill and be able to work independently • Capacity to supervise junior colleagues • Project coordination experience and capacity
Key Responsibilities • Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating novel research methodologies • Maintaining effective communication with donors and management for project related issues and routinely updating about overall progress • Recording research findings for scientific publication and preparing project reports • Planning and organizing training sessions for general audience or study-specific personnel • Monitoring progress of different project activities at hospital and community-based sites in collaboration with project specific coordinators • Preparing different research administering tools including CRF (Case Report Form), SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), monitoring tools etc
